They didn’t used to be all rejects, as some of them were seen later in other vids. The more recent vids called “Auditons” look like an ordinary one-off solo (two sessions with one model and an interview) that ran a bit short on time after editing so they added scenes from guys who might not be seen otherwise.

Yep, guy # 1 is Cole from Randy Blue. RB seemed to be building him up for a stellar career but after getting his dick sucked, no more was heard from him until now.
