It’s already been told he’s a quadriplegic. Know what that means? It means that he had to submit a reply using a friggin stick in his mouth to hit the keys with. It would have taking him 5 or more minutes to write something that was trying to be helpful and you closed you mind and opened your mouth, stupidly.
