Oh, I think the comments here are SINCERE. And that is the problem! While WayBig is about gorgeous boys, many comments are so PETTY! Don’t like the way the hair is dyed? As Drew Barrymore said in ET at 7 years of age, ‘give me a break’.

As for profiling, I would really like to see if there is a trend in the comments. ie, does one profile make petty or negative comments? Does another profile have the decency to keep their mouth shut when they have nothing positive to say? (Of course, that is like the infamous message that was actually sent out by a tech at a firm I worked at: ‘let us know if you don’t get this message’). lol

Maybe I’ll join the Coalition for the Family, or whatever you call it down there, and then I can really talk about this bastion of honesty and family values! lol

All I am saying is, can’t we raise the bar for comments? This is not the New York Times or whatever gay intellectual mag you care to name, but… let’s get real. I read too many negative, unintelligent comments here, and elsewhere.

I am well aware of the escapist nature of the entertainment. And I don’t expect comments on the recent banning of DADT. That is for elsewhere. But it would be nice if the comments reflected a higher level of education, and of course the use of big words like ‘disingenuous’. Always loved that word. Glad you used it. And I would love a verbal duel. I was on he debating team in high school. And there has never been a time when I did not enjoy a good difference of opinion and the associated repartee.
