I always found Brody’s work at Corbin Fisher smoldering: trust me just because you’re not screaming doesn’t mean you’re not enjoying it :) In his last scene, he really seemed to connect with Julian. While I dig Brody, on the whole I’m disappointed. Sex on College Dudes starts at ’10’ and goes to ‘ll’. There’s nothing subtle about it: no intimacy vibe. And their production values are the worst of any of these sites.
Major fuck-up on the part of Corbin Fisher to a guy who could have been their flagship model. Something’s not right there.

Brody often looked like he was “zoning out” during his Corbin Fisher scenes. Hopefully, he’ll be more “present” here and look as if he’s enjoying himself.

I used to tell my friends that I wanted Falcon’s lighting and makeup for when I go out – because those Falcon guys are all airbrushed within an inch of their lives. Now we know Corbin Fisher is just as good.

On one hand I’m glad that he left Corbin Fisher because he was way underused, and because they forced him to pretend to be straight when obv. he is very uuum what the word, Gay! But on the other hand he doesn’t look as good as he did over at Cf; not sure if it’s the lighting or if he just stopped tanning.

I very much liked his work at Corbin Fisher (and I have to thank them for bringing this total hottie to us). Some of the positions were a bit unimaginative, but I don’t blame Brody for that. And I would rather see others retire and move on–i.e. Dawson and Travis–much before Brody.
I think CD has some great models. But there seems to be no real personality or thread of continuity to the site. Each vid seems like it is made in a vacuum from all the others. I think it would be much harder at CD for a performer to build up a fan base. Corbin Fisher and Sean Cody and even RD seem like more of a “community” (for lack of a better word) among the performers and those who run things. And I’d hate to see Brody moving from site to site now.
That being said I would very much like to see Brody with Jack Griffin, Bryan, Jerry (though he’s a mean fucker! lol), etc. Bottom line it that anything that brings us more Brody is way excellent.
Perhaps 25 December will bring us a truly wonderful Brody update. Here’s hoping!

As far a Brody, I think he might have breached the agreement of exclusivity before his contract with Corbin Fisher lapsed. And that’s obviously a no-no with sir Corbin. What an assface. >:(

Do they sign exclusive contracts at CF? Former Corbin Fisher model Bryan successfully made the switch to CollegeDudes. His last Corbin Fisher scene was Dec ’09. He first appeared on CD in Apr ’10. That’s four months. Brody’s last Corbin Fisher update was with Julian in late November IIRC; so that’s a month. But who knows how long ago that Corbin Fisher video was shot. This CD update looks rather recent with the Christmas tree an’ all.
And Corbin Fisher has no problem “stealing” models from other studios. Hagan/Dalton had scenes out for ChaosMen and Corbin Fisher at the same time. The twins from FratMen, Jonas, Aiden, etc. It all seems a bit hypocritical to me.
Is it the name? Bryan was “allowed” to retain his name. What *can* the issue be?
frankay76 says: Yes. Corbin Fisher does have Long Term Exclusivity(?) contracts with some of their models.
The reason that Bryan’s switch of studios had no problem was probably because his contract didn’t have a “Non Compete Clause” , meaning that he was allowed to go and work for other studios.
Having a non compete clause means that you aren’t allowed to work somewhere else for a certain period of time after the contract ends (probably so they can release any remaining videos of the model).
Right now, it’s unknown what Brody’s case is, but seeing as the update was removed, probably a breach of contract, or something along the lines of that.

With that vehement defense, you’d think you were on their payroll. Once CD complies with the cease-and-desist, they’ve no legal recourse for garnishing wages (for work Brody has yet to do). They need to prove in court that their brand was somehow damaged. Unless of course there is a stipulation that says Brody will pay X amount for breaking the contract early. Honestly: all those bloggers and people that post pics without the permission of the companies (unless there is an affiliate contract) have the potential for being sued for using intellectual property that is owned and belongs to another creative entity. Even if you screencap….even if you provide a link.
Now speculating about why the update is gone is really not appropriate until we all fully understand EXACTLY what is going on…

As in any business, it’s wrong when a company attempts to reap the rewards of a competitor’s R&D. That’s why there are lawsuits. However it is possible, likely in fact, that Brody didn’t grasp the nature of his relationship to Corbin Fisher, or for that matter the concept of “contract”, and as a result neglected to disclose his obligations to CollegeDudes.
My guess — and it’s just a guess — is that Brody, unwittingly, double-dealt both companies and as a result will be persona-non-grata at both. He can wait 90 days for his non-compete clause to expire and apply to Chaos. He’s demonstrated he doesn’t have a problem performing the acts required on that site.
