Eek. It would have been fine with me if either guy was paired with almost anyone else but they paired two of my least favorites together. I appreciate the enthusiasm of the scene but all in all, I’ll take a pass at this one.

I wish the NYE update was something more exciting. I wish it was Stu/Joshua. But that wish is ending along with 2012.

Definitely agree that either of these models would be tolerable with anyone else, but both of them together is too much. Rich’s new hair does look nice, and they do seem into each other, but enthusiasm can only go so far when the models themselves are just not as hunky as every other model on SC.

Not a great update. I think I can say that this end of 2012 was extremely disappointing from Sean Cody. At this point I think tomorrow despite it’s the first day of the year there will be no video. Frankly I hope Sean Cody can give us a beginning of 2013 better than the end of 2012.

I think SC’s main sell here is their chemistry, not their looks. They both are really into each other, especially in the BTS. I don’t either of them are ugly, but none of them are drop dead gorgeous. This would’ve a pleasant surprise on some random day of the year, but it’s clearly disappointing on an event day like New Year’s Eve.

Not the best-looking models, and certainly not the kind of OMG holiday update that would create goodwill among subscribers. That said, the pics alone show that Sean Cody still definitely knows how to deliver heated BB action. They really sweat the details. Just one of many examples would be the way the simultaneous butt-grab and finger-poke in pic 9 (and that’s one nice butt). I actually like these two (I kinda think they’re total cuties and make a pretty good couple) but I agree that the filming of this and their performances make this a pretty decent update. Because of last year and the X-Mas and NYE updates being so off the charts hot, people expected the same this year (as did I) but truth is, Sean Cody has never cared about holidays before and, evidently, since.

You make a good point, but I think one reason people expect extra-special holiday updates is that the studios have trained us to. For the last couple years some of the biggest blockbusters (e.g., Sean Cody initiating BB, w/Brandon no less) have been on the major holidays, and the studios (especially Corbin Fisher and BA) have even mentioned special holiday treats in many of their holiday-scene writeups or even the titles. So the studios are largely to blame because they have fostered the “special treats for the holiday” expectation.

You are absolutely right. Why don’t they create a twitter account? They could collect fans’s comments and suggestions.
Moreover I want to answer to some of you: I didn’t expect Brandon bottoming at all, I simply expected, or better, I hoped, Brandon’s comeback.

However this wouldn’t be a great problem if Sean Cody offered better clips, instead we see always the same guys: Jarek totally abused that if I see him again I could vomit; interesting guys like Peter, Stu, Sheldon, appeared only for solos or in few scenes.

A prosperous and healthy new year to all. I have read all the griping and suggest each who spend money on the Sean Cody site take a look at Sean Cody’s statement “about the guys.” Cody is very consistent with his statement here. I have re-upped 18 times and likely continue to do so. I haven’t had a chance to see the current entry but I like both of these guys and hope to have a good pull watching them (apparently no cum swallowing however).
