I guess he could've intended to it to say "I trust in G-d", but the word order and syntax are wrong and I think it's missing a preposition. And then the back one is so egregious that I can't even tell what he's trying to say, and put a final nun at the start of the first word. Several other words appear to be misspelled. It reads like total gibberish, as far as I can tell.
