Colby over did it with the “supplements” to the point were he now just looks sloppy. Less weight/dead lifts and more reps/cardio. You can tell that you’re getting sloppy with the bulk when your face starts to plump out like a chipmunk. Your face is a pretty good gauge of body fat. If you should be able to see your jawline and cheekbones.
