As for fetishes, I think watersports, or piss play, is the number two fetish after shrimping, or feet. Personally, I am ambivalent about watching a dude take a piss in a porn video. To me, the whole basic thing of smoking is rather silly, awkward and pointless. I guess somehow the smoker becomes adjusted to the harsh, acrid inhalation of smoking cigarettes and enjoys the flavor and buzz affect. One chokes on any other inhalation of smoke, like burning trash or leaves, a house fire or burning shit, but not cigarette tobacco. Just seems odd to me. I say cigarette because there are some cigars and pipes that have very nice aromas. I’ll set aside all the other reasons to not smoke, like health.

But, to the awkwardness, I’ve seen people smoke and do about everything, so maybe smoking and fucking isn’t all that cumbersome. In the videos, they blow smoke at each other’s faces, blow smoke on their dicks and then just casually puff away while fucking.
