A clever marketing ploy is to hold off something the punters are wanting for as long as necessary to push up the “I must have it, or I will die” frenzy to the max. If you take that marketing pathway, you need to deliver the goods. SeanCody has shown so expertly how not to do that, with the Brandon fiasco. Instead of improving it, SeanCody took Brandon’s appeal from the stratosphere to the inner core of nowhere. Partly as a result of that failed Marketing 101 effort, Brandon is now just another model whom the aficionados are waiting to retire.

Brandon pocketed a pile of money and the Mindless Geeks punched a hole in their budget. And Brandon can’t do much else than gay porn, it seems. Such a pity for a nice-looking str8 (?) boy. It won’t be long before the appeal of Brandon becomes more of how-big-is-his-bald-patch-this-episode than anything else.

CF risks Sebastian losing his appeal if he doesn’t pony up and ride that saddle horn. I am looking forward to this scene, but not with as much anticipation as before.

The Corbin Fisher model to emulate was Dawson. He was the main reason Corbin Fisher grew so quickly I suspect. He had OK face, incredible body, and was up for anything. The 2012 Dawson gang-bang-in-the-gym scene may well have been CF’s best-ever scene. Dawson took about a dozen dicks and loads. It was doing all that and topping and bottoming and DP’s and whatever, that made him popular for apparently over 200 scenes (someone wrote but I can’t be bothered to count). Models like that will keep the punters coming back to Corbin Fisher. Sebastian is nowhere near that at this point.
