david david, this is all your fault. We were talking about Baker. We (sadly) got on the topic of Dane. And here we are.

Why put emphasis on them both being skaters and not have Baker skate? That kiss at the beginning was so sweet. Like someone sending their significant other off to gay war. Or down a skate track. If a kiss stunt is planted at a skate park, and no one is around to see it, does it make a difference?

Despite my appreciation for disregarding Dane, I have to say he wasn’t bad here. He didn’t come off like he was stoned. He wasn’t performing like he was in a bad dinner theater production of “Anything Hoes.” And there were moments where he actually seemed to focus on Baker (particularly when Baker was riding). His stroke didn’t look like a diseased rabbit. His rimming is still nothing more than lapping at air, but overall he was better than I anticipated (granted, I didn’t anticipate much). I’ve always said this. Corbin Fisher stepped up their game this year. And one of the things I actually noticed at first is that the pairings were more on point. This was one of the main problems Corbin Fisher had last year. They had a great batch but the pairings were always a hit or miss. Pairings this year have more chemistry, and so scenes were so much better.

I would agree, last year they had some very hot arrivals like Jayden, Grant, Sebastian, and it didn’t seem like they put much thought into who the returning models would be paired with. If Sebastian has erection problems, why put him with Hugh? Multiple times? You have to take performance level, comfort, personality and ability into consideration. And in more cases than Corbin Fisher or the models would like to admit, attraction.

Now, I really liked Bryce (I wonder if he’ll ever be back), but he ain’t the right person to pop someone’s cherry. There were exceptional pairings last year like the Quinn/Hugh and Sebastian/Jayden, but they’re a lot fewer compared to this year. Plus I just like this year’s batch better. The three models you mentioned plus Daniel were my favorites last year, but they’re not as good performers as this year’s batch. Bryce I thought had potential and was starting to get a little better. Daniel was great and definitely was not used fully. The whole “The top can sit back and chill while the bottom does all the work” thing prevented a lot of models from diversifying their skillset.
