It’s not like that. I have just been reading and listening to sentiments around(at least online) and some people really don’t want mixed or biracial being definied or grouped as black. I see it a fair argument. One time I’d consider Joe black but he’s really not black in features, has no black friends from his Instagram nor voice concern for black issues. It’s like considering Ms Markle as black but she’s not and even she said he was mixed. Basically if people like Joe and Ms Griffen say they aren’t black despite one their parent being so then they are mixed or biracial. Don’t define them as fully black or equal to a black person especially when they don’t even look black.

Who Ms Griffin or Joe? I really just have some issue with Ms. Griffin due to what Sanfv said about him denying his blackness. But if Joe doesn’t identify with his whiteness then that’s fine as well.
