May 1, 20:18, 3:20 p.M. VOYEURISM.
One perp, 22 year old caucasian male, 5’10” was detained after a clerk reported that he was loitering in the dressing room. The perp (Scott Millie) was escorted to the back room by the loss prevention officer (Mike Maverick). He was suspected of using a cell phone to record naked girls in a retail dressing room without their knowledge. The suspect denied the accusation, but a search of his phone uncovered all the evidence the officer needed.
Rather than involve law enforcement, the officer exercised his discretion to ultimately teach him a lesson. One about violating the privacy of others. The suspect was released without further legal consequences.
