July 26, 2018, 11:15 a.m. Petty theft. One perp, a 19 year old male, detained after store employee reported missing merchandise. Suspect was wearing the stolen merchandise on his person, so the officer (Drake Magnum) resorted to frisking the boy. Followed by a strip search and cavity search. Ultimately, the young perp agreed to perform certain favors for the guard in exchange for his freedom.
