Problem with the gym scenes is that they can’t seem to film it properly since they moved to the new house. I think recruiting guys have been difficult for pretty much every studio because of sites like OF and yes, camming too. I think part of the reason why Corbin Fisher seemed to have taken a hit more than others (especially last year) is because their scenes are very current. GH can get away with it and make it look like they have so many models because they have a huge backlog of scenes. But if you really think about it, they don’t have much because most of their models are one and dones. As for the age thing, I think it depends on how old is old. Brooks is quite older than the other boys but it’s okay because he looks young. Kellan is okay because he also looks young. Now, Clark… that’s a different story. And that’s why hiring older guys could potentially backfire. Not every guy in his mid-20s would look young enough to not make a scene with a 19 year old/early 20s guy feel awkward. I think having a bigger backlog would be a better workaround. As for Kellan, I don’t think the age is a factor why he doesn’t perform much. Like I said, he looks so young he can easily blend in with the other boys. It could be because he’s already a BTS guy, and pulling him out of his filming duties so he can perform in front of the camera isn’t practical.

I really think the age thing is why they ended up finding themselves in this situation. At least part of the reason. I think a good deal of the models who returned last year were over 22. Even someone Kai was listed as 26 when he arrived. Beyond the availability point with the younger guys, you’re also going to deal with body type issues. Not every 18 year old is going to look like Elian or Warren, so you could potentially end up with a Helix type situation where the roster is full of twinks. There’s also the sexuality issue. The younger the guys the more chance they’re still figuring things out. While some might see porn as a good chance to do just that, others might be scared. And after the Clay situation, that’s not really something to fuck around with. The guys nearing the end of their college run like Max are also probably figuring things out, focusing on their career. It’s really a tough age group to wrangle.

As for Kellan, the aging out I think has more to do with him than his looks. He has talked about the struggle of keeping in fighting shape. Keeping up that body on top of his responsibilities with the studio and as a dad is a lot. He might be down to pitch in from time to time, but he might not have the desire or even the energy to do more than sporadic appearances.

Provided your comments are focused on specific scenes I think it doesn’t matter when you go back and forth. That’s probably better feedback for Corbin Fisher to pick up on. Reading what’s well received, or not, is usable information where general praise/condemnation of the site is not.

Like the review from @lmixxo:disqus was excellent. Hopefully someone at the studio reads it to get a sense of what they’re doing right. And do more of it later.
