I did not have the smarts to see what you now have explained to me, and I’m embarrassed. I truly do not know much about the “ins” and “outs” about porn studios…the reputation of this company compared to that company. But I understand what you explained so I deleted my post that was based on my confusion/misunderstanding. From what little I have read (with “little” being the operative word) CockyBoys has become a favorite place for performers to work, and GuysInSweatPants. I said this because I saw MisterB missed the point of the conversation. He thought the “stupid hoe” was directed at DisFucanGuy, not Travis. Hence I commented. The talk about GH was admittedly my own addition.

While we’re on the topic of demonizing studio (Allegedly will be used often here because the truth isn’t really known), GH allegedly had a bad working environment with how talks about their business practices have been coming to light lately. There was also talk that Travis regret doing something there so he moved, but then he had a scene with his new tattoo on the site (it could be a backup scene like they had with Max Richie though) so people are bound to be curious. There’s a possibility that GH wasn’t as bad as people thought it was but it’s very slim. I mean, they posted something about trolls and haters in their twitter from time to time, it’s not a professional thing to do and not a way to be “meta” with the consumer. If I remember correctly, people opinion on this place when he moved to SC could be summarized as “excited but he could have a better direction”, so he’s not strirctly forbidden to perform in this place.

Whether a post contributes anything or not is relative because people view the use of comment section a bit differently. Some only come here to post one-time reaction and opinion, some talk about how these scenes play out in detail, some choose to compare it with other scenes, some choose to gossip about the industry, some choose to support/hate the studio whose scenes are posted etc etc. With this, of course people will also see some of the uses as “worthless”, like how the talk about the industry is irrelevant because it’s not the place to do so, or how the way some people hate/support the studio muddles other conversation, and many others.

To me the reason why Mark’s comment gets so many upvotes are because while posting only gif may look simple, people also tend to flock on reaction-type posts/contents especially when people can relate so I can see the appeal.

I do think there is something weird going on with flu shots, but I confess to being very ignorant about such matters at times. For example, just semi-recently, I researched AIDS on the internet after watching the CNN program on AIDS in the 80’s. I was very shocked to learn that they believe AIDS came to America from a single person from Haiti in 1969. And partially because many people in the 80’s had literally hundreds of sex partners, that is how it spread so rapidly.

I had never gotten a flu shot either until I was dying in the hospital with it last year, combined with pneumonia. One doctor told me it was the worst strain of flu he had seen in 40 years and others had gotten it even though they had their flu shot BUT not as severely. So he convinced me that the flu shot will lessen the severity of the flu if we do get it. So that is the idea that I now operate under BUT you could be so right. I’m telling myself I could be ever sicker now had I not gotten the shot. I’ve also gotten both of the pneumonia vaccines, so….fingers crossed. I don’t want to relive that experience.

I rarely got even a cold, much less the flu, but I had had the flu before and it was a “so what” sort of thing. I believed it is good for the body to fight colds and flu to build up the immune system. Me running to the doctor for antibiotics was a NO NO for me. Thanks. I’m DUMB, so it took a few mistakes before I was able to figure out how to deciper what you sent, but I did. I glanced at the site and (for me) it is a confusing mess. I have no idea how to go to a thread, for example, about Nixon. How to maneuver through it looks to be something I have to spend time trying to figure out.
