I think Levi was trying too hard during the opening interview and the beginning of the scene. Some of this answers felt a little forced. It didn’t help that Jeb is so naturally chill. If you google, SouthARD is a last name of a prominent family in New Jersey. SouthURD is an Illinois family’s last name. It looks like SouthARD to me. It looks like a very decorative d to me but if it is SouthARL that is also a last name.
