You never know for sure. I’ve often experienced someone letting me know that I’ve been blocked and then they forget to remember that they are suppose to pretend that they have me blocked and they will down-vote me, or make a comment to someone else that lets me know they forgot. Emercycrite, Kevin, Quinton Jackson, etc. And last week Bjoerk wrote a message that he had blocked people and that we should not bother replying to him, and all someone has to do is let me know not to bother to reply and I will reply.
