LOL! I mean… That’s always how it is with amateur studios. If anything, GH is the only one who still does what the big amateur studios of the 2000’s era used to do. And they still have more models returning in gay scenes compared to their competitors. CF significantly reduced their solos and even then, they couldn’t bring back the few solo guys they have for gay scenes. I’d say GH is doing well right now. But as good as GH is with recruitment, the reality is that not every guy will be willing to return for some guy-on-guy action.

Oh, you have no idea how much bullshit there is at CF. My guess is you’re more familiar with GH so you see their flaws more. Solos has always been considered gay content that’s why it’s getting released at Gayhoopla. It’s no different than what CF is doing. Same goes for them using straight content as a ploy to get more models. That’s literally what CF does. LOL! Blurred Media’s business model is pretty much the same as CF’s. You could say CF also has different sites, it’s just that they are both accessible in one CF site. Also, remember that CF is way more expensive. And considering how much they cut back on releases (without telling customers, mind you), I’d say CF membership has become overpriced the past few years. I’m not saying GH is so great because they have their issues too. I’m just saying, both CF and GH have issues. And the issues you hate about GH is the same issues CF has. And you probably don’t realize this yet but CF has much less scenes compared to their competitors (including Blurred Media).

Huh? CF does have a gay site and coed site option. LOL! And they’re releasing fewer content in comparison to the individual Blurred Media sites. So if you think you’re getting more scenes at CF, think again. See… You’re more familiar with Blurred Media so you see their bullshit more. And no, CF’s membership price actually went up during the pandemic. CF has been releasing solos who wouldn’t come back for gay scenes in years. I’m telling you, the same complaints you have for GH has been done 10x over and continue to be done by CF. Also, solos is a huge part of amateur studios. The fact that GH still does it often is a throwback to the golden age of amateur gay porn. CF cutting back on solos yet they still struggle to get new guys to return so… And like I said, GH have more models returning than any other amateur studio so that’s a good thing. In fact, when CF used to release solos weekly, there was a comparison made and CF had an embarrassingly low return rate, much lower than GH. CF is not the thriving studio you think they are. They’re hanging by a thread and it has been that way for a few years now.

I am quite familiar with how GH rolls. This pandemic alone, I can say they’ve handled it better than CF. GH never replaced a gay update with a straight or bi update like CF did, even during the height of the pandemic. Look, I’m not saying don’t be critical of GH ’cause they also do a lot of bullshit. All I’m saying is I hope you appreciate the work and effort they’ve been putting in these last few years. They had more guys (actual new guys, mind you) returning for gay and bi scenes than their competitors and it has been that way for few years now. That alone is worth appreciating. I have no problem dragging GH when I see bullshit but I also have no problem giving them credit when it’s due. There was a time nobody (including myself) would even think of mentioning GH under the same breath as the major amateur studios. Now they got people talking about GH filling the void SC left, etc and has become CF’s main rival. And I know you’ve got some issues with the pairings but you gotta give them more time to develop a bigger vault. They used to have a huge vault of scenes but seems to me GH started from scratch when they went bareback. I’m sure we’ll get more variety with pairings in time. That was the case with CF not that long ago. Literally 3-4 models would film and all the combinations of those models is what we’d get for an entire month. Even now they have the same set of guys with very few additions. Don’t get me wrong, I still love CF and I continue to acknowledge the good work they’ve been doing. They do certain things better than GH, but when it comes to recruitment and bringing back new guys for gay scenes, GH is definitely fairing better. Recruitment is their biggest strength and their edge over their competitors and that is worth appreciating.

If you look at it at face value, it sure looks like you’re getting more from CF. But there’s more to that especially if you are familiar with CF and how they did things this pandemic. Even their discounts aren’t really discounts. They just make it look like you’re saving money when you’re actually spending more. And the reason you’re pissed with GH is because you have very little regard for solos. I can’t convince you to like solos but at the end of the day, it’s a gay update and a huge part of what amateur studios do and they’re the only ones still doing it regularly. CF has fewer updates and it was just recently that they added one additional gay scene in a month, which is usually an old and bad update. In a way, that’s synonymous to GH’s secret menu update. I can tell you’re new to all of this so you still don’t see a.lot of their bullshit. I know it’s easy to think we.know what we’re talking about but there’s a lot we don’t know. I have been following CF for many years and even I don’t know everything. But what I do know is there have been a steady decline these past few years. And you haven’t seen a lot of the things we had to put up with over years.

You know how GH films but do you even realize CF is doing exactly the same thing with their filming? You thought you’re getting variety but do you not see the same 4-5 guys are the ones filming with CF literally every month? Now they are able to mix some really old scenes with some slightly new ones so you’d think they have more models than they actually do. But they literally film with same group of guys every month. You see… It seems you’re too focused on how GH films and trying to figure out how they operate that you see very little progress. Remember, a watched pot never boils. It took a while for CF to expand their vault and it will most likely take GH a while to do the same so patience is key here. As for the returning models, I can see your point. I’m just saying, instead of looking at the return rate, maybe try and look at the number of models they are able to convince to return for gay scenes.

But maybe you could try focusing less on what goes on behind the scenes with these studios for your peace of mind. Oh, and I just read your more extensive reply. Thanks for expounding on your opinion about GH. Admittedly, I don’t really check out HGF and even BGF most times. But I will say the whole thing about HGF being the priority has been a consistent complaint about them over the years and the same goes for CF. While CF’s return rate increased because of the lack of solos, the number of returnees remain very low. Solo models returning for gay scenes is also not a guarantee even with the fewer solos. But going back to GH, it is true they don’t keep their models for long. It’s very rare for GH to have veteran models who would film with them for a while. That’s something I appreciate more about CF because they always have veteran models in their roster. I think the separation of studios with Blurred Media has it’s pros and cons just like CF’s combined Guys and Coed section. It’s just that the separation of those studios is less favorable for you given that you like watching straight, bi and gay content so I truly understand where you’re coming from. I guess for me, I’m less agitated by that because the separation of studios help me focus only on the gay side.
