Been through it many times and it has gone on basically without my participation the last many times. I stopped reading Scrapple’s posts YEARS ago, unless I notice it is a movie review. I’ve been obsessed twice, so I understand the power that can have over someone who is not in control emotionally, like I once was not. But at least I actually knew them. Unrequited love. I lusted for them so badly. Not at the same time. Tehehehehe! Scraps and I could pass one another on the street and neither know the other. I’ve learned much doing this, particularly about projection. He has projected onto me, from inside himself, who he sees me to be. I don’t read my old posts. I have not read any that Scrapple has sent, except I think the last time one or two hit me in the face because there was big print on them that I had added, I may have even explained one, but I don’t remember and have no interest in tracking that down. I noticed I had badly misspelled a word and I had to take a few moments to let that go. I need reading glasses to read this print. I’m not dragging out a magnifying glass too. I have no doubt that in the past I wrote things differently than I would write now. I had a different attitude. I was so angry when I started, and overwhelmed by the meanness that I felt compelled to respond to. I did not handle it as I handle it now. Doing this has helped me so much. It has helped me to find my voice here, which has aided me in finding my voice elsewhere. And most importantly, I’ve gained control over the “mean gay” in me that wanted to throw shit back when it was thrown at me. Being a “mean gay” can become our immediate or default response. Now I can choose it or not choose it. It does not choose me. Gaining control of that here has helped me gain control over it elsewhere. I’m much more “tehehehehe!” about life and less defensive. Bair made mistakes but that can not be undone, but if no one is nailing Stevienowonder to the cross for his absolutely horrendous posts, then…….. Good night and good bye.
