Today we are happy to introduce you to Brian Jansen. Brian is from Prague and works as a carpenter, but is a cook by training. Today he is a little nervous in front of cameraman Jeff Daniels but still gives us a pretty good showing. We liked Brian enough to invite him back for a photo session, but it will all depend on you guys (and his willingness) if he will come back for even more.
