Our lead feature today is Lukas Feitl's Czech Up, with Dr Thomas Dyk and Sister Maros Trojan. This was a great Czech Up, one of the best. Lukas was a fabulous patient and he was tended to most affectionately by Thomas and Maros. With such good care it is hardly surprising that everybody got very aroused, with Thomas taking things to the logical conclusion.
