The perp was escorted to the back room by the loss prevention officer (Mike Maverick), who suspected the young man of using a cell phone to record naked girls in a retail dressing room without their knowledge. Suspect denied the accusation, but a search of his phone uncovered all the evidence the officer needed. Rather than involve law enforcement, the officer exercised his discretion to teach him a lesson about violating the privacy of others, and the suspect was released without further legal consequences.
